Where to buy


For the dough

  • 2 pounds of flour
  • 2 ounces of yeast
  • 2 spoons of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Water
  • Olive oil

For the filling

  • 1 pound of goats cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Salt flakes
  • Chili sauce


Manually mix 100g of flour and yeast together in a bowl with sugar and water, until a luscious liquid dough is formed. Leave mixture in a warm place until it grows firmer and doubles in size. Roll out and work the dough to form a thin circle.


Sprinkle shavings of goat cheese on top, with a drizzle of olive oil and a touch of salt flakes. Be generous with toppings. You want your pizza to be as rich and creamy as possible.


Place in a preheated 180ºC (356ºF) oven for 10 minutes. For extra spice, sprinkle some chili sauce on top just before serving.


Be sure to keep the wine glasses full. The goat cheese and chili sauce are even more flavorsome when paired with a bottle of GatoNegro Cabernet Sauvignon.

Pro tip: Cut the pizza into small pieces before serving, to make the perfect finger food!
